Conduit

This is a wonderful web-based tool to generate customizable toolbar.  After several steps for item selection and configuration, a standard toolbar is ready for download and install. And the binary setup file is hosted on some server provided by conduit. Also, the web provides statistics of the toolbar downloading information and so on. Introductions can be found on TechCrunch. I registered and made a very simple one.
